I have a 6 inch case ant operator that has broken. The cause is metal fatigue of the arm. However, I have not been able to identify the manufacturing company. I see no place to add a picture so I will email you. I have a contract to sell my home but I need a replacement part asap. Thank you This par ... (cont.)

Looking for a replacement option (or same part replacement) because the cranks keep falling off. Actually, they never really stayed on. Please help!?!? jim

We have a window the this kind of handle with a set screw in it. When I crank to window open (turn to the left) it works fine. However, when I crank it to the right to close the window it unwinds and come all apart in my hand. Thank you.

I need one left-handed cover and one handle for a casement operator window. I've attached a photo of each from an existing window. The only markings I see are on the back side of handle I have. The numbers 13 45054 are seen. I believe the finish is pewter or bronze.

Do you carry this operator?

I need awning window parts for a Caradco window. The length of the brass armature closed is 21.5 inches. The number stamped on the brass arm is 30086. The number stamped on the piece that houses the the gears and holds the crank is 40245. The paint color is Caradco Bronze.

I am selling my home and need a replacement casement window crank arm or whole mechanism for a norco casement window in bronze color. Please let me know if you have a part that will work? Norco is owned by Jeld Win now I believe.

I purchased 39-114L and 39-107 because I wanted to change my hardware colors to white. My contractor prefers a handle with a set screw. Can we use 39-114 instead? Will this handle work with the operator cover I have selected? Is this the correct operator cover for my operator?

We lost one of the handles can it be replaced it has a 3 towards the spinning part

I need about 7 of these. Not sure how to measure them. The base of the operator (corresponding to the hole in the sill) measures a little over 4 inches. The arm of the operator measures about a foot.

Where do I get actual parts or substituted replacement parts. Windows are from 1995 I'll need about 7 right handed and 7 left handed.

Can you help me find this operator? elbow-to-elbow is 15-7.8"

Looks like 39-255. (9-1/2") arm. Arm is marked 30350. On bottom plate slide mounted to window is marked 358-1R. Do you you have replacements. I need 2 each RH.
