will your's fit a Norco spine?

We have two windows that have window cranks that appear to be striped and therefore the window does not close tight. Hello, I need to find a replacement part for the crank in the image. There is a number 31850 stamped on the arm.

I ordered Crank Handle,11/32 (39-114L) and 4" crank extension 11/32" (39-157) for my crank out Truth hardware window, to go past my shutters. Hello, I'm looking for a whit window crank replacement. I'm not sure what brand of window I have, but the crank says made in the USA and the crank brand says Truth. Any help finding a replacement crank is greatly appreciated.
