I believe the teeth inside the housing have been stripped and needs to be replaced.

Hi, I am pretty sure that the attached part is your part #39-031 and 032, but please confirm. On the back of the 10-3/4" arm has markings of "LH 30470" and on the 4-7/16" section, it's marked "20810" Thank you in advance for your assistance. Gary

I purchased parts from SWISCO but found they were not the correct parts. I have attached a photo of mine hoping you could help me find the correct parts.

I have multiple crank gear issues. I think the window will open if the gears could be fixed. Can I just ordered gear parts and make it work again. I have 4 windows with this problem. Also missing covers and some crank handles.

Just moved in. All windows have the attached crank, with 45054 imprinted on the inside, no other identifying names/numbers and nothing on the window component either. Want to replace the cranks only with a T-crank, same color, same screw whole size. Can you help?

HI, IN the window operator shown in the picture attached, the bushing is worn out so I think I will have to replace the window operator because that bushing will be too hard to locate. THE LEVERS ARE BROKEN AND I THINK YOUR 39-069 IS THE REPLACEMENT, BUT CAN I REPLACE THE LEVER TYPE WITH A CRANK TYPE.
