The screws have been removed but I can't get this out. the projection from the operator on the room side is 1/2" it can't be more than that because it would project out past the window.

Hello! I am missing the chain portion of the skylight and the hook on the opener portion to crank open the skylight. Do you offer any replacement parts? Thanks in advance for your help. Pat

Hi - have an window with absolutely no manufacturer marking anywhere (glass, frame... nowhere). Crank will correctly open the window, but when closing it, the crank and the mechanism behind it unscrew instead of bringing the window back in, as in my second pic. Hello, I am looking for a replacement window crank assembly for a bay style casement window. The pictures are from the Left Window. The linkage long arm is stamped "L" and "31538A" the long arm measures 8-3/4" the mounting hole centers are 3-7/8"

Not sure what brand window is. Under mechanism says made in USA, patent number 4505601?

The bar coming out of the operater says "Wright". The rest of the hardware says Del Mar. The longest peice connected to the window frame is 10" Also indicated on harware: CAN PAT. 2012722, U.S. PAT. 4980947 House built 1998

House built in 82'. I have these window cranks that need replacing. how can you be sure to ensure you're getting the right arms or are they even available?

This is a Willmar window purchased in 1993. The arm says it is truth entry guard and a serial number 20910A

I have crank handle on my windows that are not operating. If I send you pictures can you recommend replacements. What else do you need to recommend parts. It would also be helpful if you knew of local company who could do the repairs. Thanks Ed

Support, Crank can only be used to open the window, Crank comes out of the spoindle. Will not close the window. Entry Gard model from about 25 years ago. left hinge casement window needs new crank/handle gear. #80810 is stamped on arm The window opens just fine but needs to be puched close from the outside while the handle is turned from the inside and locked

Need help to identify which type of crank this is. I don't have much else to go on pictures or numbers wise. There are other anderson casement windows in the same apartment but the window doesn't seem to match up with those.
