No markings. The arms are manufactured bent similar to 39-393. Extended out the arms total about 12"

Replacement cranks needed 1 right crank out & 1 left crank out. We have taken out the right one and it has 40051 on it. I do not know if the other one has a different #

I am looking for a window operator replacement with the same dimensions for re-installation.

Lookong for the rivets that are used on the hinge, one crank was stripped we popped out the old rivets and it can't be reused

Hi--I think these windows date to the late 1980s. It's a single arm operator on a casement window. I would like to replace the entire operator, not just the handle. I think this is a right hand operator? But hopefully you can confirm what I need from the photos. Thanks very much. ... (cont.)

Gears won't shut window any longer. They engage when opening the window, but cannot engage when closing. Serial number to Truth Arm included in photos.

The only numbers are on the inside of the white crank/handle. It says 30614 and 30893. The existing window from the interior has the hinge/pivot on the right and the latch/lock on the left. The "cranking" mechanism is stripped and the window does not function.

The hinge part that attaches to the window and slides in the bracket has broken. Can I just purchase the plastic hinges? The rest of the parts seem to be working properly. Thanks, Jim

Hello, the smaller arm and the piece it attaches to on here are broken and need replacement

Truth is indicated on the bottom operating mechanism. And it states "pry to remove sash" on the top operating mechanism. I have a 3 pane casement bay window. The middle window does not open; the 2 lateral windows open towards the median. I am looking to replace all rusted out hardware and the crank ... (cont.)
