Window handle and arm
In need of a handle and arm for a bow window. The arm is 8 3/4" long. Looks like it can be all one piece. Also need the 4 screws and there is inserts that the screws go into. There are no numbers or name of the manufacturer on the window.

Inoperable Jalousie Window
I am a Handyman, trying to fix this window for my customer. There are no markings on the window and, it is not frozen or painted shut. It looks to be a standard window with standard parts. The Tee handle spline is stripped out but, the window cannot be cranked open using vise grips on the operato ... (cont.)

Arm length
Assuming they fit within the window, what would change if I used an operator with a 9"/11"/13.5" arm instead of a 9.5" arm?

39-138/9 quality, gasket
I'm thinking I could use some of the cheaper, 9" options that match my existing mounting hole patterns (though my arms are 9-1/2")

39-107FK Compatible w/39-138?
I tried these folding handles w/covers for my 39-138, 39-141, 39-142 (white) operators. The spline fits but not the cover. Is there a cover or similar folding handle w/cover for these operators?

interchangeability between these operators
Hi There, Are the 39-001&2 interchangeable with the 39-138&139 aside from the extra 1/2 inch on the arm? Are the 39-138&139 the heaviest duty versions you have for this type? Do the 39-138&139's come with handles? If not which ones would I order? Thanks, Rick

Operator ID
I know its hard to see from the picture's. When you pick up the operator it is heavy and solid not like the thin die cast. The one in the picture has a 9" arm that will work but 11"arm will be better. We will need 50 left and 50 right and will need one first for approval. Please no delays ... (cont.)

Single Arm crank operators
I have the same model as the 39-138 and 39-139 but the arm is 1.5" longer (11") instead of 9.5". Do you have the longer or does it really matter? Does the 391xx come in different colors or just the white?

What is the spline size of the 39-138 & 39-139?
What is the spline size of the item 39-139 casement operator? I am looking for this type and find 5/16 splines but can't find a matching set of an operator and folding handle. The folding handle #39-205 at 11/32 doesn't work with 5/16 operator, as it strips out. Thanks Steve
