I have 3 older Andersen windows that need to have the Split arm operators replaced. I noticed on one of them there was a serial number on the left 7168-18. Assume the other side will be 7186-16? The far left arm is about 3" and the arm connected to the main crank is about 5" When it opens the 3"arm actualy pushes out the sash....can you help? Thank you

Narrow kitchen window. Crank style. Plastic gear teeth broken. Can open but cannot close

My crank window opener is cracked and when I turn It doesnt close. It measures 4.5 inches long with 2 screw holes on top left and right. Casement window.

Hello, Can you suggest a replacement part for this crank. The worm gear wants to back out when trying to close the windowand the cog looks stripped. The swing arm is approximately 9 1/2 inches long. Thank you . Stan

Hello, Trying to figure out why handle does not work. Keeps slipping. There appears to be a washer on the receptacle part of the hardware which is loose. Could that be the problem? The number on the stone colored plastic cover is 7191B-33 Thank you. Paula

The operator on my Anderson casement window (installed mid 80's) is broken. A part number that I see on the arm is 1361316. The window swings open to the left. Can you provide me with the appropriate replacement part. Thank you,
