Hello, Trying to figure out why handle does not work. Keeps slipping. There appears to be a washer on the receptacle part of the hardware which is loose. Could that be the problem? The number on the stone colored plastic cover is 7191B-33 Thank you. Paula

I have has both 39-146 and 39-147. Neither quite fit.The number stamped on the top of the arm is all I have. Cleanup crew threw away the old operator. Here are the only surviving pictures: What do I need to replace this.

1. Window crankbox is completely cracked and handle is missing 2 . screen is completely missing. I know Anderson has a clip that is "integrated" in their screen, but is there an alternate clip that I could use that would work in this slot (with a generic screen)?
