39-154 Andersen Operator Cover

As you can see from the picture the operator cover has cracked and we were hoping to replace it. The second picture shows it without the crank handle. There is a serial number on the metal swing out. (measurements: 4.5" long _at the front; 4 5/8" long at the back; 1 1/8 " deep; 3/4" height at fron ... (cont.)

I need to obtain the part that the handle attaches to in order to crank the window open and closed. The one window just has the opening but I took a picture of the working part once I removed the handle. Thanks for the help.

We are the original owners of a Toll Brothers home built in 1989 in Dresher, PA (Dublin Hunt). We are having numerous problems in cranking open and close our windows. I attach a picture. I just bought two Andersen operator covers but they won't snap into place. Do you have other sizes? See pictures.

The cover I have for my Andersen operators has the hole for the crank in the center of the cover but there are no mounting holes on either side like the one that you show. I have 2 different casement covers on the same bay window.. they were like that when we bought the house, they both say Anderso ... (cont.)

The part # on this arm is C-9400-1 viewed from the top. Flipping it over, it is stamped F-9400-8 on the bottom plate.

Looking for the pictured part. Casement Operator Cover. Anderson Window. It has 7191-33 stamped on the inside. There is only one hole not 2 as pictured on your site. Also need operator handle. Need 3 of each. These are from at least pre-1987 manufactured windows.

I need a left hand crank mechanism, #39-146 My old cover is broken and looks like part #39-154. Do I need this cover or will the cover shown with the new mechanism fit properly under the old sash. Thanks, Allen

I'm both the home owner and a handy person. I have a number of Andersen casement windows with broken operator covers. You list part 39-154, which is described as a "screw type cover." I need a "non-screw-type cover" but can't find anything like that on your site. Do you carry this part? ... (cont.)

Installed in 1986 and most of the windows that are used frequently are cracking at the handle connection. Can these be replaced without removing molding? Thanks

How does the folding crank handle attach to the casement operator which has a serated(?) end? Would this type handle allow you to overcome an extra wide sill and be able to open a casement window? Do you know if Andersen makes extensions?

what is the specification for the screws that fasten the 39-154 to the base? The existing screws have been misplaced.

Problem is window will open but not close. The spindle backs out of the housing while not pulling the window shut. Need help.

Just seeing if these if you have replacement covers and handles for these items. They are marked Anderson and they are for casement windows.
