I received the Caradco replacement window crank. It would not close the window all the way upon installation. The two arms on the mechanism set differently into the gears than on the original and therefore position the window differently relative to the crank . I've attached a photo. Can you m ... (cont.)

My Caradco window will let me open it, but doesn't work to crank it shut. The number on the crank operator is 20755. Does that give you enough information to identify the part or parts I need?

Id numbers on crank read 20755 on one hinge & the other 8589.they look very close to your picture of 39-156 and cover code 39107,I need 3 cranks & 1 cover. thank you Ken

I have 15 Marvin casement windows with Truth hardware and 12 don't work. These windows were installed by the previous owner so they are probably around 25 years old. I've already ordered the handles for 2 windows without realizing I needed to replace the crank mechanism. Here are the pictures I took. Currently we're not living in the house. The crank handle mount completely broke and the handle has come out. The windows are rather old (CertainTeed). The long arm appears to be 9". The assembly is TRUTH and shows number 40471 stamped on the base. The short articulated arm shows 20810 on the end by the window attachment and 30841L on ... (cont.)

Looks to be manufactured by TRUTH. Has multiple number stampings. Gear area - 40471. Short arm - 20755 and 3084IL. Long arm stamped "Entry Gard".

We are hoping we will be able to fix/replace the hardware on our casement windows rather than replace them. I believe it has been several years since most have been opened and now, to make matters worse, some may be painted shut. I am unable today to try too hard as it is only 20 degrees. But the na ... Hi, The very bottom of the screw portion of this window crank is broken, so it doesn't catch the gears on the assembly and we can't open or close our window. The number stamped on the arm is 45012. Can you help me find a replacement? Thank you! Nathan
