Hi, I have a number of Caradco casement windows in my home that were installed in 1986. A couple of them have experienced mechanical/operator/crank failures while still maintaining a good weather seal, no warping or rotting and sealed double glass. I ordered part 39-031 to replace the actuator to my NORCO window. The actuator has two arms. The shorter arm on the original actuator measures approximately 3 7/8". The arm on part 39-031 measures about 4 1/2". Pictures are attached with a ruler. The other arm on the actuator has the correct ... (cont.)

is the 39.155 the right operator for a left opening window it is a entry guard #20755 short arm looks to be 3-3/4 long seems to be 9 inch

Have to replace a Caradco window crank complete #39-155 for the right side. I need the handle and cover plate in dark bronze. My truth operator 20755 looks just like your 39-155 but my short arm appears to be 1/16 of an inch longer than the 3 7/8". What will happen if I use your operator? Will the window fail to close?

need to replace my Right hand dual arm operator. The measurements I have are as follows: Mechanism is 5 1/8" X 2 1/4" Short arm is 3 3/4" (it has 20755 stamped on it) Long arm is 8" Please advse product code. Thanks Steve

Also labeled as entry guard truth Can I get just a replacement clip to hold the pinion shaft in? Or do I need to order the whole assembly?

I would appreciate any help, the mechanism seems to be working fine but only the cylinder is loose and broke. Looking for the casement window operator

The # on the crank is 30636. It is for the left. Please help identify. Thank you.

The handle that opens and closes the retractable window is broken. The Marvin handle is 5.5 inches long. We are looking to replace the handle with a non-broken one. Please let us know if you can find the handle for one and if you can what the price would be. Thanks
