The 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard (Caradco 916) operator is what I have. Is the central gear (in your picture available separately?

need both parts 39-156 and 39-155. do I need to order the other parts separate or do you sell kits?

White plastic cover that fits below the crank arm.

The only number on the piece that I can find is 31538. Does this help. Please let me know if you have a replacement for this crank mechanism. Thanks, Pat

We have several windows our Church that use part no. 39-155 or 39-156. A couple have the wood trim that goes over those operators broken and in need of replacement. Any ideas?

Hello, I have at least six Pella wood casement windows where the crank-handle has separated from the main body (see attached photo). I have identified part #'s: 40754 (main gear body and 9" arm assy) 40754 is also attached to (3) linked pieces: 31538 (3" short arm in S curve), attached to ... (cont.)

I think I need replacement part 39-031 but the smaller arm is not measuring 4 7/16. It measures 3 3/4" Is there another part with those dimensions? Sue

We have all Caradco windows in our home installed in our home when we built it in 1991. Some of the knurled collars that hold the crank have become unusable, thus we can't open the windows. Are replacement parts available?

I bought a house with missing window crank openers. My neighbor has the same windows (from the same builder) and took a couple of photos showing the mechanics and the opener. The operator for this window needs to be replaced. It will open the window, but no longer closes it. I've removed part of the window casing to expose it for these pictures. Good Morning: Attached please find photographs of a broken window crank. The only identify marks are the numbers on the window hinge and MW on the plastic crank cover. The end of the spiral crank has broken off and I cannot close the window with the crank.
