I am looking to replace the operator above. Can you point me in the right direction?

Do you need any additional Info? do I need measurements of anything? Windo size arm length???

Previous post by another customer looking for the same part was recommended 39-031 but was to check arm length. The base that mounts to the sill is 2 1/8" front to back, 5" left to right. The straight arm is 9 1/2" long. The curved arm that extends to the right is approximately 8" long. Thank you

The name on the handle is "SEALRITE" The dimensions as best I can tell are 4&3/4" on the e3xterior arm and 5" on the inside crank. Numbers include 20755 on the upper arm and 31229 on the lower arm. trying to locate new crank gear as a few of ours are stripped. The crank shroud is marked "Truth" and the only number is inside the handle "5054". Any help you can provide in identifying a compatible replacement is appreciated.

These seem to be K K casement windows. Crank handle seems ok, I have some spares and they exhibit same problem. The gears inside the plastic housing seem worn. The metal is very soft, I found them packed with a very thick grease which I cleaned out for photos. The screw in the handle is a typical ... (cont.)

I need to replace the operator in the above photo. The following numbers and names are stamped on the operator in various locations: 40254, 30710, 20544, EntryGard and Truth. I believe the operator is a 39-031. Please confirm that part number is correct. Thanks in advance.
