I'm not sure why these 2 windows upstairs don't close all the way. they have truth mechanisms (one with 30905/30744, and the other 30905 and I don't see a 2nd number for this mechanism) the locks don't go all the way and I can't push the window in enough from outside to get the locks to close all th ... It looks like your product 39-315 is close to what I need. Except where your top bar measures 5" mine is 4.5". Will that work for me? Or do you have a similar product that will. I included a tape measure in these pictures for better reference. Thanks again for the help.

There are no distinguishing marks on the crank except for the one on the underside which i can't make out. I think it says (Active cony) which makes no sense to me at all

Hello, I have two windows that use this operator. They are exactly the same. I've posted pictures of the working window. Home built in 1988. original hardware

Looking for a replacement (both left and right handed) for this. It is stamped Truth and also has a number stamped 45251. The cover appears to be permanently attached and is 4 inches accross

These are photos of the left side window crank but it is the right side that will not open. I would like to replace both the right and left window operators. On the top arm is the letter B. On the bottom arm it says Truth 31512. I would appreciate any assistance in identifying these so I can replace ... (cont.)

Have numbers off 30744 on dismantle side and a b on installed side. the handle has a number of 45054 on it. together side swings left and dismantle side swings right.

Hi - This hardware on my window needs to be replaced. I'm hoping you can help me identify the parts so I can order replacements. Because of the condition of the parts, I couldn't find an identifying markings. These windows were installed around 1990 if that helps. Thank you!
