Looking for replacement Truth casement window operator hardware for Approx 2005 Marvin Windows. Existing operator is marked Truth 45241. Link arm is 4-3/8" overall length

My casement window wouldn't close the other night. We eventually forced it closed, but I'm assuming we need a new operator now. We can tell that this is Truth brand -- we've bought a replacement handle from you before. But I'm having trouble figuring out what parts I need to replace. Any insights y ... (cont.)

Here is a picture of the working side, I am in need of the opposite side which opens the opposite way (out to the left) any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe I got this one from you 3 years ago, the gears seem to be worn out or out of alignment so want get a new one.

I see parts that are very similar except one of the swing arms on my existing part is 4 1/2".

Not sure if this is the right part number and I was hoping you could check? 39316? Gear is stripped out handle and clip are ok. There also is a number on the one arm 30905.

How much are new window operators like the one in the photo. I will need quite a few. I don't the quantity of each yet. Truth 30905. Is on them. So which ever side the lock is on is the side to order?

The one number on the mechanism is 30905. This window does not crank the window in closed enough for the window latches to be able to grab and latch the window closed. I had to make up and install a little wooden knob on the window in order to pull it in by hand so the window could be latched closed ... (cont.)
