Hi, I need to purchase some replacement parts for my 2 older model Weather Shield awning style windows. I need new cranks and the part the crank screws into. The elbow part of the mechanism is fine. I'm uploading some photos for identification. Thank you!

Hello: Our worn-out window crank mechanisms are stamped TRUTH. One has number 31272, and another has the number 40887. A third one has no visible number. They seem have the same or very near the same measurements. Photos are attached. Can you offer help to us? Thank you.

The window crank spins and will not open the window. This is the visible part to the operator showing it as Truth 30905. What needs to be replaced to get the crank functioning properly? Is it just this part that needs to be replaced or are there other connected parts to it that need to be changed ou ... (cont.)

Hi - Looking for a replacement part for Truth 45251. See attached image.

I know it is a Truth crank. Two of the 3 dimensions matches the Truth Dyad 39-316. The arm with the hole to attach to the window is only 4.5", this part is 5". Will it still work with out modifications?

New house with old casement windows. One window is missing operator and all other parts. A similar window has these two numbers top bar has 20819A and the lower arm has 31512 stamped on it. Is this an Entrygard 15? Or something else. Thanks.

I believe your inventory product code: 39-318 is the correct item to replace this crank from casement windows we installed in early 2004. I note that the manufacture date is 07-22-2003. Trying to identify the correct replacement parts for the casement operator. Window opens from left to right. Original part manufacturer is Truth. Smaller part of arm is 4-1/2 inches total length. About 4 inches, maybe 3-15/16 from center hole to center hole. Overall width of the crank box is 3 ... (cont.)

This crank is striped out. Older model 22 years old. By the looks of what you have a 1/2" larger in the arm seems to be considered its replacement. Also need the end bracket as mine is bent.
