I purchased part 39-013 and part 39-205 to replace a broken crank operator originally made by Biltbest, part # 233 DC. The current track slider is 21 3/8" long. The new part does not fit into the track slider. Do you have a track slider that fits part 39-013? Thanks.

I have this type of operator on my 2003 Crestline casement windows. Two of the handles have broken and am trying to find an equal replacement. I'm noticing several threads on this. Ours also broke this year (the left window) when you are looking outwards. Please verify if the LH 39-329 is the correct one for the left window and which handle is the correct replacement. I verified the sizing on these is the same as ours.

Think I need part numbers 39-413 and 39-348? If so do the clips come on the sill mounted operator? Should I replace the shoe studs? What are the dimensions of the crank body as I measured in my pictures? Are they the same?

I am trying to locate a control that looks like the one pictured. It measures 11" arm length from the center of the gear crank to the center of the bearing at the end of the arm. This one mounts with screws from behind. Is this a product you have?
