Hi, we have 4 window cranks on casement windows all having the same issue with the handle cracking/breaking. Imho, it's really a poor design as we barely touch the cranks, and if we do, we are super gentle. All of the cranks crack and break the same way each time. So, going forward my options ar ... The one image is of what I currently have on my windows. I want to upgrade to the desired crank image. I assume I need a new crank mechanism as well as the new cover and folding crank I need to know what mechanism I need. My current windows are Crestline. Thank you for any assistance ... (cont.)

Numbers found are; 30849 30470 LH 40471

I can not identify the model number. It was install when the house was built in 2009. I measure the crank approximately 2 5/8 h x 3 1/4 l

Here are my pictures

New house with old casement windows. One window is missing operator and all other parts. A similar window has these two numbers top bar has 20819A and the lower arm has 31512 stamped on it. Is this an Entrygard 15? Or something else. Thanks.

What would we need for this?

Casement window is aprox 26"w x 44"h left hand open. crank gear will open but not close. Only marking or numbers is a KK on the plastic cover. Please let me know if you need additional information. Thankyou

It won't open up or close.. I have to push it by hand to start it, and get a grip on wood to pull it completely closed

Hi I believe the entire operator needs replacing but wanted to get an expert's opinion. The crank has 45012 printed on it. Please help identify the parts that need replacing. Thank you.

I need a replacement white crank handle. The other cranks on the Windows are stamped with "Truth". They push on and pull off without a set screw. The handle stands out about 3.375 inches from the shank to the end of the pivot knob.It's about 2.75 inches in the other dimension.The opening for the sha ... (cont.)
