Bottom sill appears to be one solid strip not, sure how to remove. Could someone assist me? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, Looking to replace 2 broken crank handles for our kitchen window. Only marking is the number 2108 on the inside of the handle. There doesn't seem to be any set screw, just a rivet. Thank you

I've got more photos of rest of parts, if needed. I want to replace ALL hardware on 14 windows (7LH & 7RH). These windows were installed circa 1995.

I want to see if I can replace my current crank handle with a folding version. I see 45054 stamped on the back of the crank handle, which from a bit of searching seems like this might be a Truth 10579 crank handle. Is there a folding handle that I could replace this with (like maybe a Truth 39205?). ... (cont.)

Do you carry a replacement for this casement window operator that folds? It works fine now, but I'm hoping for a folding version to allow a blind to more easily sit in front of the window. This is made by Truth.

We have a pair of 25" W x 50" H casement windows where the right side window crank is too worn to open and close the window. The crank handle easier comes off. You can see the gears have worn out. The arm extending out from the mechanism is at least 12" long. We are looking to order the correct rep ... (cont.)

The crank mechanism on this window is functional, but once the window is opened to the halfway point, the arm connector drops out of the track and has to be manually reinserted to close the window.

I ordered operators (39-156 - Caradco Window Crank, 9-1/2) but they do not work. I believe the link arm is too short. can you tell me which operator to order

5 inch arm with piece that screws to bottom of window. Is handle sold separately? Come to think of it, it appears I have the gear and arm upside down. 10 inch hinge on bottom of window. Looking for to replace window crank handle with a t handle so a shade can close. Do you have a t handle that replaces this handle. Do not know the brand of the window.

Hello, I need to replace a right and a left Truth Entry Guard operator. I'd also like to replace the cranks and covers with folding cranks and covers if that is possible.

Do you have this? It looks a little different from what I see on your website.

The screw mechanism "retaining ring" (?) has popped out. Unable to screw it back in as the threads that held it in are stripped. Being from the South even tried JB Weld Epoxy & that did not hold either. No one around here seems to know what to do & they recommend replacing the whole window. ... (cont.)
