This particular unit does not have any name on it, but the window has four operators. Two on the left side of the window and two on the right side of the window.

This picture is of left side window because the right side window, which is the one that is broke can not open and then shut but you'll get the hint. We need the metal arm replaced for the right side. Can you help?

HI Swisco team - we have a white window crank mechanism that measures 4" length and is broken inside, so that when I turn to close/ lock the window, it has a click/ broken sound inside and is unable to lock properly. I think I need to replace the 4" part and the extension arm (not sure if this is so ... (cont.)

Window crank has broken, appears the gear is threaded pretty badly. We called manufacturer and they said the part is not being made anymore, so looking for a similar replacement.

As you can see from the photos I have two windows that use this hardware. One of the windows will crank out but won't crank in.
