Seeking for help to locate the replacement parts, handles (or operators) sets for both sides, left and right. From the window, I was able to locate a MFG label, attached, NAMI NFRC 100/200, SERIES: FDCSMT, MST: 2040. (I also attached an image with arms. Unfortunately, I cannot correct model of arm ... The operator handle screw rotates without opening the window. Attached is the picture. The hardware has Truth engraved in it.

I would like to make sure I am ordering the correct parts please. I was looking at 39-031 and 39-032. Also 39-107 for 1 cover and 39-205 for 2 cranks. Please let me know what you think.

We have about 7-8 windows that can't be opened and most of the windows are hard to operate. I want to replace the crank with handle and the arm that don't work. Also any other suggestion for making opening window smooth. I have posted the parts photos.
