Hi there. A customer has a couple of windows with broken cranks. I see some numbers/identification on the first picture that might be helpful. Do you recognize these? Her windows are cranked open and she can't close them.

It is a Truth casement operator that is stamped B and is attached to an Older Marvin Integrity casement window. I'm having a hard time matching up the dimensions with an available operator. Please assist. Thank you.

I have a broken casement window crank I need to replace. The white metal handle is attached to a black mounting piece by a cotter pin. The mounting piece snaps onto the crank mechanism. The crank is more of a gear shape, not a hex mount. Pictures attached.
