Trying to locate window operator for wright part 07900

Possible part No. 45393 US Patent 361490 55600082 Mfg: Truth Crank post 3/8" White crank handle

The handle itself has the number 2108 on the underside. My wife has done some research and found that this handle is of poor design. Is there an alternative to this handle.

I want to replace the standard crank handle with a Tee or disk handle. What is available?
