also, the plastic roller on the outermost location of the outside part comes out of the thing it rolls in, so we have to go outside and put it back in; the window is still good, but the whole crank mechanism seems like it could be replaced also can't figure out how to get the crank to stay in its h ... The latches say Delmar Toronto on them. The crank bracketk says Truth on it and has the number 21550 on it.

Don't know the part number of the operator just know that it is from the brand Truth Hardware. It has a 2 part single arm with the other part connected below the main part with an incline. Hi there, My client's window crank is not opening all of the way, and it appears to be the roller is dropping into the removal area halfway through the crank.
