39-224 Fold-down Crank Handle, 5/16" Hex

Hello, I have a milgard window that needs a new crank operator to open and close the window. I removed the operator and took a picture and I will need to install a new one. Please refer to the attached picture and let me know which one I need.

I need replacement parts for all of the hardware pieces shown in the pictures and I'm going to be sending more pictures as well. Some of the hardware is no longer working and needs to be replaced and then I want to have additional hardware in inventory for future replacement if you could help. Thank ... (cont.)

Hi?we are at my sons home. They have 39 1/2 by 20 inch casements on both sides of sink. Both are having trouble with the opener handles. Looking for the handles for older Milgard Ultra wood/cladding casement windows. Milgard doesn't have them any more. Looking for an exact replacement or the closest you have. Picture shows two different handles already on this project. Either one would be fine. Thank you, Gabriel

Need replacement mechanism and handle

We are buying a house that has about a half a dozen broken casement operators. Can you help me identify this type?

I have two bedroom windows with broken hardware. These are casement windows from Gorell. They are model #3007 with a demensions of 53 x 49.25. Is this enough to find replacement parts? I'm not sure I can take the window off for a better review. Thanks Phil

Several of my Milgard awning window crank handles are stripped (The plastic sleeve inside the handle socket) and i'm looking for replacements. They are 5/16" hex sockets, folding. Your 39-224 appears to be the correct part. Does it come in any other color besides white? Mine appear to be either bro ... (cont.)

I have measured the hex bolt this attaches to and it appears to be 11/32 Would I be right in that? 5/16 seems to be fractionally too small. The casement window this handle is for is about 10 years old.

The mechanism is longer opening the window. I don't know the window brand and I don't have any serial numbers. I need left and right opening mechanisms.

Both the top and bottom assemblies are rusted and broken. I would need to replace both. Do you have a part you could recommend for top and a part for bottom?
