15-058 Hinge Leaf Assembly

I just purchased a 28 year old condo with Alum. frame double hung windows that have a hinges on the left side for cleaning, instead of the typical tilt out. Several of the hinges are broken and several of the channel balances and missing or broken. Also some the slides that prevent the window from o ... (cont.)

(1) Does hinge 15-058 come in different sizes or the shown size is universal for all windows. (2) How to remove the hinge from the window frame (track), do I need special tool. Thanks

Hello. I'm not able to find the plastic clips that attaches to the pieces on the sash through a pin kind of like a door hinge. I have 2 broken pieces of these. See picture.

The 15-058 is what you are probably looking for. There currently is only a drawing of it online, but it is the same assembly as the 15-027 but without the metal bracket.
