39-258 VE Anderson Window Operator, Left Handed

This crank will open the window but won't close it.

Hi - I assume I need to replace this operator. It will open the window, but when closing, the crank stem screws out of the housing. Note the offset holes at the bottom, the bent link, and circke clip fasteners. House was built in 1988 - I assume these are original. Can you identify? Thanks! ... (cont.)

The crank handle is coming completely out of the housing. The window would not close completely. I think it is an older part because or the e-clip. hi , the window is about 45 years hold it is all aluminum and it as a bug screen that you remove from the inside, there is 3 glass panels that are horizontal on the frame , any help would be appreciated . Thank youAntonio
