I bought a condo in Florida a few months ago. Windows were installed 1970.Operator cranks are breaking - can't crank open window. Would need three left hand cranks and four right hand cranks. Do you have replacements - hopefully so - wasn't planning on replacing my windows until a few years from now ... (cont.)

The operator for our awning window is not working. We are able to open the window but when trying to close the window the crank comes out in our hand.

Looking for cranking mechanism please note that Arm for attaching is not straight, it attaches with a c-ring

I looked at the one you have but the two lower holes were not 1 1/8" it more like 1 1/2" apart. I hope the pictures will help. Notice the 1st picture had numbers not sure if you can cross reference these numbers.

1500-11 is inscribed inside the handle . I was told by someone that would be the 39 Dash 278 which I ordered but when I got it the holes did not match up and it was the wrong color. Older windows located in Florida house, house built in the 60's. Cranks have 3 holes; one on top, off centered, one on the side on left and one on the bottom on the right. We need right ones 7 left ones since they are breaking now & then. Code on inside of the arm 7-99?? Hard to see. ... (cont.)

The torque arm measurements are: 52 1/2" long , and the arms on each end are approximately 3 1/4" & 4 1/4" from the centerline of the torque shaft to the center of each of the 2 pins on the arm. Appears to be same as your 39-258 EXCEPT I measure 4 9/16" not 4 1/2" and arm is 2 5/8" which it says it is, but then it shows 2 1/2" in diagram, and all of the screw holes on mine are flat on the underside, but your -258 appears to protrude a fract ... Hi, I just wanted to say thanks for putting pics of the cranks on your website. Cantilevered arm on mine made them easy to identify as the AE Anderson cranks. Hello and thank you for doing and selling what you do!!! I found a Patent Number on the plastic lock part that broke and fell off the other arm to my awning window. I searched it in Google Patents to find the attached mages. A good one at that. However there are no measurements. I think this is an ... (cont.)

There are no brand markings on this part. The window is more then 10 years old and I don't know what brand it is, but the company may be out of business. Picture number 3 is one that still works. I am looking for a replace part. Thanks. Barb
