Crack Anderson casement

I am looking for the operator for either a 200 or 400 series casement window by Andersen from 2006 - product# 001388277 These pictures are all i have to go off of and I'm hoping you can help!

Looking for crank out mechanisms for a double Anderson casement window

I am guessing year 2001. Arm moves. I think the part shown is faulty. When you crank the window open the the dial shown in photo doesn't move. Perhaps it is stripped? Please help. Thanks. PS Homeowner and handyman. Selling house ASAP. Thanks again.
