Windows are likely mid-90's custom. Unknown window maker. The numbers on the metal arms look like R308 on one and 20810 (smaller numbers) on another small metal arm. We tried to close the window yesterday and the gear was loose. When I opened the casing, the gear fell out

This piece detaches from the casement opperator everytime we try to close the window. Is there a way to get it to stay or do I need a replacement part?

As seen in photo "1 window corroded hinge ...", we need new 10" bottom hinges on four old Viking windows (we'll be moving the guilty sprinklers, but stainless steel replacements seem like a good idea). The first photo shows the working-correctly window. The second photo shows the parts I have. The tracks on the bottom of the window are also missing. The long track may be a Truth 39-528 (?). Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Looking for replacement Weather Shield left handing operator, 13-1/2" arm, sill mount, handle has no screw to enable removal. 42 & LH stamped into rear of housing. Operator body is 5/8" thick. 3" & 1-5/8" center to center on mounting screws. Thank you!

Looking to see if i need to replace the whole assembly or just the operator body cover. If I need to replace the whole assembly, which one would fit this window?

The windows are like 30 years old I need the casement operator assembly the arm for a left and a right and then there's another window that's a double arm casement also more like an awning window

looking from inside - the is a bay window left window that open out to the left. the spiral screw thing does not stay in when turn. it keeps coming out and the plastic cover will pop. if i push in and push pressure it will open but not close as i m not pushing in to turn it to close. i assume it ... Hi there, I am needing to replace a handful of window hardware for my new home. I've provided a picture of the window in our master bedroom. We need to replace the hardware, case, and handle for both the left and right side windows.

These are Entry Guard Truth from what I can tell but cant find exact match Need all frame parts and the tracks under the moving parts of the windows The frame track is 10" and the window track is 12"

Only marking is "RH" on underside of mech. Cover over gearbox does not appear to be removable - one piece casting.I see the brand name "Caradco" on the knob. Distance from center of pivot to center of outer roller on arm is 13.5 inches. Thanks

Hello, I have a client and some of her large casement windows are not closing properly and we have diagnoesed it to the hardware. it seems as if the hinges at the top are pulling from the window and lettign it sag enough where the hinges at teh bottom hit the window frame at the bottom and wont let ...
