Inside cracked to have handle loose and wiggles

I've searched multiple stores for a replacement handle that will fit my Getkin storm door. With all the ones I've found so far, the sliver pin is too short and smaller in diameter. Customer had inside handle break on them, out side shows some aging so wanted to replace both if possible.

The only number I can find is 12199696060 34, which is on the door. The current handle (inside) came apart. I have not tried to take it off the door yet. Not sure if I need a replacement door handle. Ozzie

The photos show the storm door latch set. The interior latching part has failed such that the part to engage with striker on the door jam as show in image 8 is missing. Hello, Our indoor latch spring broke and looking for a replacement. If not able to have gold/brass color chrome or white would be ok.

The outside handle does not release when the door is opened from the outside.

Can you confirm if the Complete Mortise Lockset, Brass, PC: 40-049 or the Complete Mortise Lockset, Papaiz, PC: 40-097 will work on a full ventilation Chamber Door? See attached pics. Thank you, Julie
