I have R.O.W windows(Joliet, IL now out of business). The sashes are fine but the vinyl sash side pieces and carriers are becoming brittle/broken and some of the pins attached to the windows that travel on the carrier/spring are broken. Do you offer parts or replacements? Thanks, Tom ... (cont.)

I have a number of Biltbest double hang tilt out windows in my house. They are over 25 years old and they need some hardware replacement. Enclosed you'll find some photos of the parts I'm looking for. Please let me know if they are still available. Thank you. Ryszard
