I talked with Cascade and they can't help with replacement parts. The sticker you see is from a slider window purchased with this and other windows. Hi, I'd describe this as a kerf type bubble seal. Not seeing one on your site with the extra "wiper piece" that is opposite the kerf. The bubble part is 1/4, the kerf looks to be 1/4". The wiper piece has 3 distinct ridges of varying heights. Pardon the spider! Thanks for the help, Dan ... (cont.)

One picture is the Sales Order Number on one of our windows. The 2nd picture is of a piece of removed leak seal gasket. This type of seal goes on top, side and bottom of these roll out casement windows. The seals have deteriorated and allowed hard rain to leak in. Need to identify the replacement ... (cont.)

There are no markings on the weatherstripping or window frame. The dimensions are 3/8" across (front to back) and 7/16" from inserted (barbed) to top. The color is gray. Can you please advise me what replacement weatherstripping to buy? Thanks,Vic

I have Weathershield aluminum clad wood casement windows the were manufactured in 2004. I am looking for replacement bulb weatherstrip that is for the operator cover which is wood and the bottom of the window frame. Do you have either the OEM weatherstrip or a substitute.
