Looking for this bubble seal for some windows looks like the seal is about 5/16 thick the round part of it

Hi, looking to iD weatherstrip bulb style for 1988 built house with original casement windows. Lots of truth hardware but I'm not sure of the brand. Here is a sample of the profile. Its very different from what I see available. Thank you.

I am seeking replacement handles for a few transom-type windows (? terminology?), that are hinged on the top and open with a side-swing of the handle as shown in the picture. This is for Kolbe casement windows installed in 2003. This weatherstrip is located on the jamb not the sash and is a foam filled off set tube 3/8" in diameter. I need 1000 feet of this one. I nedd 2 additional profiles.
