Hardware Identification.

I'm attaching some photos of my spiral balances from 1961 aluminum windows. Can you tell me what the best replacement is for the balance itself as well as for the shoes? Note the clip on plastic that keeps the window in the channel. Thanks!

I need left and right hand plastic window sash holders. They fit into the right and left corners of the window to keep it in the track. Is it possible to install this spiral balance shoe on existing balances with broken shoes or must I buy a whole need balance assembly?

I have a house built in the '60's with inexpensive aluminum single hung, non-pivoting windows. Most will not stay open due to broken spring balances. Can you guys identify a replacement balance for the one in the example photo? It's 3/8" diameter, 28-1/2" tube length.

What is the 62-001 rivet made of ??
