Good morning, the bottom rail for my Wasco Sliding Glass Door will no longer stand upright. As you can see from the photos, it falls to its side, prohibiting the door from sliding. Customer is not sure of the make but has Vision 2000, it was a Brandon home built in 1996. A metal piece showes WSIGCC CBA03. 3/8 inches tall x 5/8 inches wide - standard length for a sliding door.

I've tried several primeline replacement and they are either too big, or the roller doesn't raise and lower correctly. What type of track cover will work on this style?

The track is a vinyl strip that clips over the metal track plate. The picture (8568; 8574) of the vinyl track shows one side with an angled edge that clips into the metal threshold plate. This is a residential sliding glass patio door.

The track is flattened in spots also need hardware
