My rollers are not working smoothly anymore and I would like to replace them. Lubricating them did not help.

Looking for sliding door roller replacement for Jeld-Wen 2021 patio door.Photo of roller screw adjustment location.

I need to replace the bottom rollers on the 36" x 80" operable side of a 72" x 80" sliding insulated vinyl frame glass door. The door was made by Summit Windows in Spokane, Washington in 1995.

There are two of these on this door. The photos are from the one that works, the other is totally frozen up. No discernable markings on the unit

I received a replacement roller from you last week. It was order #2337837 and included part number 81-018. It is not a match to the TRUTH roller. It is close, but the tabs to attach it to the door are flush with the assembly, while the Truth assembly tabs are lowered from the assembly. The ones I re ... (cont.)

On the outside of the door at the bottom, there are 2 holes for the 81-018 Tandem Roller height adjustments, I need new caps for those holes to keep the rain and snow out.

Mfr of the door MI window and doors Code MTL-2 I do not have any pictures of part I didn't remove door yet was hoping you could identify so I would only have to remove it one time. Thanks for your help RRG

Is your part 81-018 a suitable replacement for Hurd sliding patio door wheels part number 012021 (picture attached). Do you have a replacement for the foot lock package?

I purchased replacement rollers from Amazon which appear to be an exact fit. They fit just like the original rollers in the door bottom but I cannot get the door over the jam and on the track. With the wheels turned all the way in, I tried lifting with a small crow bar and cannot get it over the flo ... (cont.)

These part are 31 years old. Stamped "Delmar Hardware Toronto". Wheels are 1-1/4" diameter and 3/8" wide. The whole cage is 5/8" wide, sits 1-5/8" tall and measures 5-3/4" hole to hole on the tangs. They looked like rollers Code 81-018. Is this likely the rollers that Milgard would have on their sliding doors in 1989? The sliding door is 3 x 6.5 feet.

Looking for these rollers. Do you have a match?
