I believe from your website that I could use your part 81-081. Do you have a tandem wheel assembly that could replace it? My sliding glass door is very heavy and the single wheel assemblies don't last very long. Thanks

This is one of two rollers from sliding glass patio door. I removed and lubricated but did not think to measure. The door does not roll easily so I would like to replace rollers.

I am trying to replace a roller that matches all the dimensions of the 81-030 except for the wheel diameter which is only 1-1/8".

I purchased the acorn replacement 81-03 rollers and they fit but my contractor says they were a touch larger than the originals. The door rolls but not as easily as I would like. we also bought the slider lubricant you sell and cleaned the tracks which look ok. I have other doors I want to fix and ... (cont.)
