The roller in my Acorn DorWAL sliding door appear to be your model 81-027. Would the performance be better if I switched to the model 81-030 with the double rollers? It looks like it will fit.

My roller is the exact dimensions 3 1/8 x 1 1/8 x 3/4 but my rollers are only 1 1/8 in diameter. Yours is 1 1/4 diameter. Could the rollers just be worn down to the smaller size

Hi, This looks very close to the Acorn 81-030. All the measurements seem to check out, but the one on the Swisco site has an additional hole going though the side that mine doesn't have. I ordered part number 81-030 for my slider (generic door). The length and withd were fine but i need a part that is only 1 inch high not 1 1/4. do you have that size of roller?

The roller I removed is the same dimensions as 81-138, except mine has 1 1/4 inch wheels. Will the 81-138 work? An eighth of an inch in diameter is only a sixteenth of an inch different in radius, I should be able to adjust it up, shouldn't I?
