Hoping you can help me out. I've uploaded two photos of damaged wheel assemblies for a sliding mirrored closet door. As you can see, the brand is PE Del Mar, and the concave wheel looks to measure about 1.5-in diameter. I'm thinking it is perhaps the 9-318 roller, but I'm trying to determine if that ... (cont.)

I'm sorry that there isn't a picture of the part prior to removal but it wouldn't have been very clear due to all of the gunk and build up from spraying WD-40 for so long before trying to replace the part. How do I get the wheel out to replace...or can I just buy the exact same assembly?

The bottom hole is for the adjustment screw. The top hole is for the frame screw. They're offset, front to back about an 1/8".

I have a Del Mar Eng roller with a pat. # 3670357. It has a narrow tab and most of the off the shelf ones are too wide. The roller is nylon and I believe 1 1/4". What would your replacement part be?

I am having trouble finding the correct replacement patio door roller assembly. The Prime Line F tab roller assembly D1509 is the correct size, but the tab is about 1/4" too short to allow the screw connecting the door style to the bottom rail to fit into the mounting hole. Do you have these in stock? Originally purchased 81-039 and they're the wrong size. 81-093 is close, but it's a smaller roller, does that matter? The roller on the original is 1.5 inch, so it's larger.
