Can you identify my assembly with the photos I attached? The wheels are non-metal.

Hello, I'm wondering if you could help me find the correct replacement part for this roller assembly please? The diameter of the wheel is 1.5 inches.

Looking to replace rollers Del Mar Eng. Long Beach PAT. 3,870,357

Housing is approximately 2 & 1/4 long by 1 & 1/4 high & 3/4" wide

1-1/2" wheels. Only markings are on the wheel, "KILLIAN TORONTO, CAN. SYRACUSE N.Y."

Part labelled: Del Mar Engr Long Beach, Cal Pat. 3,670,357

Roller says SYRACUSE N. W Not sure on the W it is where the roller is broken Measures 2 1/4 inches long not counting the part of the roller that sticks out Measures 1 3/8 tall not counting the roller and the end part that sticks up Nylon wheel is 1 1/2 inches

Dimple width is 13/16. Nylon wheel is 1 7/16 height of body is 1 1/4 Height to top of screw bracket is 1 1/2 Length is 2 1/4. Thank you

I could not find the manufacturer of the door anywhere and no part number on the roller. These are nylon but would prefer steel rollers I think.The spacing between screw centers is 7/8" of an inch. Width of the assembly is about 7/16". Hard to tell exactly due to the wheel attachment protruding just ... (cont.)

Trying to find the best replacement roller for an old aluminum door. According to an older post on your site the part I have is a discontinued part. It is labeled with Del Mar Eng, PAT 3.670.357. The Dimensions are 1.5" dia wheel roller. 1 7/32 sheet metal height, 2.600" from end of sheet metal to offset in tab. .730" in width. Can I get a 1.5" dia roller, and a truss rivet to do the wheel repair on my own? I would like to purchase the assy if possible, but welcome your input. Thank yo ... (cont.)

Older (ca 1974) large (8') slider, roller has finally given up. Can't identify replacement possibility, so I need help. Please note in photo the small but sturdy flanges protruding which serve to secure the roller to the bottom door. Any suggestions are welcomed. HR
