82-009A not un-locking properly
I just bought Swisco's 82-009A (Order 801148). I also bought the keyed exterior pull (82-306) The clam-shaped locking device is difficult to move all the way into the unlocked position; I have to pull the metal by hand to get it to clear the flange that holds it in place. Can you recommend a new patio pull?
in regards to speaking with you about the exterior locking patio door handle, attached are two (2) photos my technician has sent in. The distance between the mounting holes is standard, and the exterior is the side for the contours, where you put your fingers in to pull it open is also standard. ... (cont.)

Hi there. My mother's sliding glass door handle is broken. It looks like the image below Clamp comes out from left to right. "Knob" comes out the left side. Screw holes appear to be right at 5" centers. Finish seems to be oil-rubbed bronze, but ... that OR black would work. Got one ?? ... (cont.)

I'm trying to get a replacement for this, the slide lever on the left that is supposed to move the latch in and out so you and release it in order to open the sliding door does not work.

The lock lever on the handle no longer stays in position, I would like to replace the handle if possible. The foot lock mechanism is broken.
