Hi, we are buying a condo in Destin Fl that the patio door handle/latch is broken.

So after being locked out on the patio, we are going to replace the door handle, mortise lock and keeper to make sure it doesn't happen again~ Am looking at part 82-020 as the handle. I have a white door handle on my patio sliding door that looks exactly, and has the same measurements as 82-032. Would I replace what appears to be a broken latch with item 82-211?

82-033 Patio Glass Door Handle Set..In the photo the screws are on the right of the handle indicating a Left Pull...Is that correct? The opposite for 82-032 indicating a Right Pull... Thanks

Does it matter wich way the door opens, right or left

I am looking to purchase a replacement handle for my sliding door. The handle that is on the door now is identical to 82-033 except white. Do you have this part in white?
