The only part identification I can find is "Canadian patent 919213." I have found the locking mechanism, but I actually need the handle. Mine was busted.

I do not know how to put the lock lever into the inside handel and my old one does not have a plastic cap on the end of the lever that moves the lock And the bottom bolt does not meet the hole of the outer handel . We have recieved order of 82-033 but does not include a locking mechanism. I will try to senders pics. We need the part that is shown on the door frame that locks it . We previously paid extra shipping charges for first order that we had been assured included all parts to repair. It did not. ... (cont.)

This door is a main entry point and lately when locking the door outside by key or inside by latch it does not lock and requires 2-3 attempts to succesfully lock. The latch is loose meaning the small stick which goes up to lock or down to unlock is extremly wobbly and can be pushed more ways than j ... (cont.)

I think those are the parts I need. The handle has 3 15/16 centers. The mortise latch is 3/4 wide.

I need a replacement lock/latch for a glass sliding door. The glass door is original and installed about 1997. Unsure of the brand but found a label with SGD R20 Series 4001. It is about 3 3/4 inches from middle screw to middle screw. Do you have a replacement part? Thanks
