Does the Andersen Tribeca latch turn left and right?

Your part 82-043 appears to be a match for my failing sliding door latch. But your picture shows the latch swinging up to the right, whereas mine needs to swing to the left. Will your part work? Thanks!

Im told these doors are andersen but the door will not latch

Hello ive replaced the thumb latch on the door but it will not lock unless I push in the little stopper thing. And even then it only works sometimes and needs to be replaced. I dont wsnt to buy the wrong hardware can you help tell me what hardware I need?

Needing some help identifying this part

I am helping a friend with some repairs to a house that he recently bought. Both patio doors have damaged or missing hardware so I'm hoping that you carry suiitable replacement parts.

Door1 (2 photos attached): This is a handle with a built in latch mechanism. The mounting screw holes are 2.5" on center. The handle is missing so I cannot provide a photo of that.
