Hello. The lock mechanism on our door is broken, I believe only one piece is broken which connects to the other side of door. I would like to replace that as well as order a new lock/key. Thank you

logo seems to br Andersen brand. that's all I know about it. based on windows in home probably installed with casement Anderson casement windows circa 80s or 90s

My Andersen lock keeps breaking off so I can't lock my door anymore. The silver piece in the third picture is jammed. Can this be replaced or do I need a new door? Thank you!

I'm looking for a latch receiver for an Anderson sliding door. It was produced in April 2005. The key in the latch receiver is now loose. Anderson changed the latch design and now the key is part of the latch. Do you have part available for sale? Do you need other information from me? ... (cont.)
