I have a broken Anderson thumb latch 82-043 I need lock assembly key and all. Can I order one from you? ADAMS RITE MGF CO. INDUSTRY CALIF.

Does your 82-316 product come with the mechanism that slips into the door? (the part that contains the latch that physicaly locks the door) The keyed lock and the Thumb latch work just fine. It's the interior part that I really need.

Looking for this part for my patio doors by Anderson. I believe this room was renovated in the late 70's. The door handle is fine, it's just the thumb latch that is broken. This is in a house we are renting. The lock is falling apart and it seems to get jammed. I have no idea what the part number is. The screws are basically stripped so I can't remove it from the door. Any help?

The latching mechanism on my Anderson slider has become more and more difficult to engage. Nothing appears to be broken. Does the entire mechanism need to be replaced or does something need to be adjusted?

my lock do not lock anymore. it looks like 82-037 but i'am not sure, can you help me.

The only numbers I could find on the lock hook #2573558 and the receiver #25735-62. These are similar to #82-242.

The thumb latch on our sliding glass door doesn't seem to latch correctly all the time and it got to a point that it would not close. I was wondering what the adjustment screw is for and it has an arrow on it with the words in and out. Could this be my problem? Does this have something to do with ... (cont.)

Just wanted to make sure that I am looking at the right lock replacement for this door. The thumb latch broke and I have to replace it. Could you just let me know what part is correct for me. It is an Anderson 200 series door. Thanks

Do you just sell the receiver? Or the adjustment screw? I really only need the adjustment screw or the receiver.

Does just the thumb latch come w/ this or does it come w/ the silver guts (reach out deadlock) that runs down the side of the door come with it also?

I found what I think I need. I have a lock and handle that I would like to replace on a AW sliding window door. I think I found the lock, 82-037. Only difference I see is the replacement has a lock button recessed when door is closed, my part doesn't have that, not sure if that matters. Maybe yo ... (cont.)
