HI, After 35 years of faithfull service the outside handle on my Crestline sliding glass doors failed. The handle is plastic and the screw centers are 5 inches apart. Have you got anything for me? I have ordered some Crestline window parts from you in the past.

It is marked Canadian Patent No. 919213 Patented 1973 and Pat. No 3.596.954 it is 7 1/4" long and between the screw holes is 5" and there is the lock apparatus comes out of a 1 inch square.

The double roller has a part number stamped on the inside. I can't read all of it. It ends with 116K-5. I need all sorts of parts for these doors, as I have 5 installed in my house. I cannot find a manufacturer's label anywhere. Your help is appreciated.

I was doing a web search to try and find a replacement handle for my glass sliding door. Inside the handle was the following information. Sash Controls INC Detroit, 20, Mi. Also the number 060-1255. I am attaching some pictures of the system we have. Would Appreciate some help.

I purchased 82-042 and 82-310. Do you offer a spacer that goes between the handle and the door? I can't make a hole in the door to push the key lock drum inside. It's about a 3/16 thick space.

When someone swings the door open too hard the handle is breaking at the screw holes,cracking the metal from the outsides to the mounting holes.
