I have a customer that has a arcadia patio lock that is all there but know longer works can we get them parts see photos.

The Traco sliding glass door dates back to !986.

The original hardware on our house was installed around 1955-1956. I have a sliding glass door handle that has a broken plastic lever, so can no longer lock. 4 images are attached. Hello: I have a Silverline 5500 patio door with a "D" shaped interior pull and a non-keyed fingertip exterior pull (similar to your 82-042). I'd like to replace the exterior pull with a "D" type pull. My screw holes are 3 15/16". Will your 82-044 work in this application? Does it come in beige? ... (cont.)

I recently purchased the 82-306 handle with locking mechanism. It works perfectly! I would now like to replace two other handles to match, but I do not need new locks. Hopefully, the pictures will help you to identify. The lock is broken (or mechanism "soft" so that it can lock by slowly sliding into that position. i have been locked out!

Is this product only available in black?

Attached are the photos of the door handle of mine that broke from the window master door that's age about 1987 to 1990 . the distance between the two screws is about 5 3/4 inches could you let me know if you have a replacement for this or not thank you

I bought a lock to install in my sliding door. Part No. 82-303. What I received was only the lock cylinder, but the door handle doesn't seem to have any sleeve or other mechanism to secure the cylinder in position. Is there something else I need in order to add a lock to my door? ... (cont.)

in regards to speaking with you about the exterior locking patio door handle, attached are two (2) photos my technician has sent in.
