We have a sliding door, 200 Series, Perma Shield- Anderson Windows. See photos- the receiver latch (1st photo) measures 5 1/2 inches long. The latch plate with handle that opens and closes the hook, which is above the handle in 3rd photo, measures 3 1/4 inches. And the part with thumb latch, photo 2 ... (cont.)

Can you please confirm the part number for this lock. I will also need to purchase the additional two parts that are the inserts in sliding door and the piece that is screwed into the frame of the sliding door.

My latch broke -- the internal part that secures the locking mechanism. From what I saw in the video, I only need the latch part. Is there a part that can replace this with a keyed lock interchangeable? I did not want to drill any holes and put a cylinder lock in. Wondering if you have some thing that swapped it out? Thank you

Please help me identify this part. The lock and handle are separate parts. It's just the handle that controls the lock.

on back of plate it reads BB made in china, plate screw holes are about 2.5 to 2.75 inches apart. plate measures 4 inches. please let me know at your earliest convenience if you need more info. thank you this is an andersen lock

Hi, Just purchased this home. Sliding glass door is missing the twist knob for the latch and its cover plate (as pictured). Could not find any stickers or marking to identify the the door manufacturer. Can you help identification and parts needed for the repair? Regards

My Andersen sliding door 200 series, looking from the outside,moving door is on the right and the door slides to the left. I pulled the inside unit off and it has 7442-2 and 7442-3 stamped on the inside. Do I need to purchase a right or left key assembly?

We are adding a tribeca exterior lock to our anderson slider. However, the pin on the thumb latch is not long enough to reach exterior key lock. Door is approx 2" thick and installed late 80's. Please advise Thanks!

Thumb latch wouldn't connect. Uninstalled everything you see in picture. I hope this is replaceable.
