Hi, Have a latch on my patio door which has recently broken. The latch is a hook shape and engages on a receiving in the door frame. The twist-handle shown in the picture has sheared. Do you supply anything like this. regards Phil

The latch on my Andersen sliding door has broken. I believe your parts 82-043 and 82-037 will work. The product ID for the door is 1971253-00001-121-10081-082304-02-7714. The small handle on our Anderson sliding door broke off so we are looking for a lock replacement. I am not sure which lock I need, but there is an "A/W" on the front of it if that helps.
